CAM B R I A <br /> Monthly Flow Data. The groundwater extraction system was restarted on July 25, 2003 <br /> Groundwater discharge for the last week of July will be reported with the August 2003 self monitoring <br /> report <br /> Discussion Cambria installed a fourth GAC vessel to the system,dust prior to the sewer discharge <br /> point, on July 10, 2003 The clean water contained in the fourth vessel was discharged into a holding <br /> tank and a sample consisting of water that ongmated from well RW-lA was collected MTBE was <br /> not detected in the sample, at a detection limit of 0 50 parts per billion Cambria notified the City of <br /> Stockton of these results and of our plans to restart the GWE system by leaving a voice message for <br /> Richard Stiffler on July 23,2003 The groundwater extraction system was restarted on July 25,2003 <br /> The laboratory report for the July 10, 2003 effluent sample is presented in Appendix A <br /> On July 10, 2003, Cambria's technician observed that the LEL meter was malfunctioning Since we <br /> were not discharging groundwater to the sewer at this time,no violation was incurred The LEL meter <br /> was subsequently repaired, cleaned, and calibrated by Equipco Sales and Service of Concord,CA, and <br /> reinstalled on July 25, 2003 prior to resuming groundwater discharge The LEL meter calibration <br /> record is included as Appendix B <br /> CLOSING <br /> The signed certification statement is included as Appendix C Thank you for your assistance with this <br /> project Please call Cynthia Vasko at (510)420-3344 if you have any questions <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc. <br /> G�"OV6-- <br /> Cynthia Vasko <br /> Senior Staff Engineer <br /> 0783 2 <br />
