C A M B R I A <br /> July 9, 2041 <br /> i <br /> Mr Michael Infurna r? <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services " <br /> Environmental Health Division ' } <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Hoor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Re Groundwater Monitoring Report - Second Quarter 2001 and, <br /> Sample Frequency Reduction Request <br /> Shell-branded Service Station <br /> 2575 Country Club Boulevard <br /> Stockton, California <br /> SAP Code 136144 <br /> Incident No 98996184 <br /> Dear Mr Infurna <br /> Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva <br /> Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting guidelines issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Service', <br /> (SJCPHS) <br /> SECOND QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> Blame Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled the wells and <br /> prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents Cambria compiled the <br /> additional constituents and oxygenates (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and a <br /> groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report, presenting the <br /> laboratory report, is included as Appendix A <br /> DOMESTIC WELLS <br /> TPHg, benzene, MTBE, and fuel oxygenates were not detected in the groundwater samples <br /> Oakland CA collected from any of the off site water supply wells except for the CalTrans and Sannella wells <br /> San Ramon CA TPHg in the Sannella well was reported at a concentration of 287 ppb MTBE in the Sannella <br /> Sonoma, CA <br /> well was reported at a concentration of 3 21 ppb by RPA Method 8020, and at a concentration of <br /> Cambria 3 12 by EPA Method 8260 MTBE in the CalTrans well was reported at a concentration of 2 88 <br /> environmental ppb by EPA Method 8020, but was not detected by EPA Method 8260 at a detection limit of <br /> Technology, Inc <br /> 2 00 The laboratory analytical results are summarized in the table in Blaine's monitoring report <br /> 4keTkins Street (Appendix A) and also on Table I <br /> ?0 Box 259 <br /> Sonoma,CA 95476 <br /> Tel(707)935-4850 <br /> Fax(707)935-6649 <br />
