CAMBRIA March 27, 2001 Mr Michael Infurna San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor Stockton, California 95202 Re Groundwater Monitoring Report - First Quarter 2001 Shell-branded Service Station 2575 Country Club Boulevard Stockton, California SAP Code 136144 Incident No 98996184 Dear Mr Infurna Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting guidelines issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) FIRST QUARTER 2001 ACTIVIT?ES Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled the wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents Cambria compiled the additional constituents and oxygenates (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A DOMESTIC WELLS TPHg, benzene, MTBE, and fuel oxygenates were not detected in the groundwater samples collected from the CalTrans irrigation well nor in any of the domestic wells except for the Sannella and Boardman wells TPHg in the Sannella well was reported at a concentration of Oakland CA 287 ppb MTBE in the Boardman well was reported at a concentration of <0 500 MTBE by San Ramon CA Sonoma, CA EPA Method 8020, and at a concentration of 2 89 ppb by EPA Method 8260 The laboratory analytical results are summarized in the table in Blaine's monitoring report Cambria (Appendix A) and also on Table 1 Environmental Technology,Inc OPetkins Street P 0 Box 259 Sonoma,CA 95476 Tel(707)935-4850 Fax(707)935-6649
