CAMBRIA January 30, 2001 Mr Michael Infurna San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor Stockton, California 95202 Re Groundwater Monitoring Report - Fourth Quarter 2000 Shell-branded Service Station 2575 Country Club Boulevard Stockton, California SAP Code 136144 Incident No 98996184 Dear Mr Infurna Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting guidelines issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services FOURTH QUARTER 2000 ACTIVITIES Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled the wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents Cambria compiled the additional constituents and oxygenates (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report and supporting field notes, is included as Appendix A DOMESTIC WELLS TPHg, benzene, MTBE, and fuel oxygenates were not detected in the groundwater samples collected from the CalTrans irrigation well nor in any of the domestic wells except for the Foster well MTBE in the Foster well was reported at a concentration of 6 94 ppb MTBE by EPA Method 8020, and detected at a concentration of 6 13 ppb by EPA Method 8260 (this Oakland CA sample was analyzed outside of EPA recommended hold time) The laboratory analytical San Ramon CA Sonoma c A results are summarized in the table in Blaine's monitoring report (Appendix A) and also on Table 1 Cambria Environmental Technology,Inc From March through June 1999, weekly groundwater extraction (GWE) was performed on Owell RW-IA From July 1999 to June 2000, GWE occurred bi-monthly Beginning erkms Street P 0 Box 259 Sonoma,CA 95476 Tel(707)935-4850 Pax(707)935-6649
