•�• ` yf <br /> CAMBMA <br /> i <br /> May 31, 1998 <br /> Mr Alex Perez <br /> Shell Oil Products Company <br /> P O Box 8080 <br /> Martinez, California 94553 <br /> Re Quarterly Monitoring Report - Second Quarter 1998 <br /> Shell Service Station <br /> 2575 Country Club Boulevard <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WIC 4204-7524-3505 <br /> Dear Mr Perez <br /> This Quarterly Monitoring Report describes the recently completed activities associated with <br /> ground water monitoring and sampling at the referenced site (Plates I and 2) This report was <br /> prepared to meet quarterly reporting guidelines issued by the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region and San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Quarterly Monitoring & Sampling Summary <br /> Ground water monitoring and well sampling for the second quarter of 1998 are summarized <br /> below <br /> 9 Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San .lose, California measured ground water levels and <br /> collected ground water samples from Wells MW-2 through MW-14, RW-1A, the off-site <br /> CAMBRIA Caltrans irrigation well, and 5 off-site domestic wells on April 23, 1998 The samples were <br /> transported to Sequoia Analytical of Redwood City, California for chemical analysis <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC ® Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) evaluated water-level measurement <br /> 270 PERKINS STREET, data and prepared a ground water contour map (Plate 2) for the shallow wells (Wells MW-2 <br /> through MW-11 and RW-IA) The ground water flow direction is generally southerly with <br /> PO Box 259 an approximate hydraulic gradient of 0 006 A hydraulic mound appears to be in the <br /> vicinity of Well MW-4 <br /> SQNOMA, <br /> CA 95476 • Ground water samples collected from shallow wells MW-2 through MW-11 and RW-IA <br /> PH R 935450 contained TPPH concentrations ranging from ND to 1 10,000 ppb, benzene concentrations <br /> lam 935-6649ranging from ND to 18,000, and MTBE concentrations ranging from ND to 400,000 ppb <br /> ' <br />
