k� <br /> CAMBRIA <br /> February 13, 1998 <br /> Ms Mary Meays <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> PO Box 388 <br /> Stockton, California 95201-0388 <br /> Re Corrective Action Plan <br /> Shell Service Station <br /> 2575 Country Club Boulevard <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms Meays <br /> On behalf of Shell Oil Products Company (Shell), Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc <br /> (Cambria) is pleased to submit this Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for the Shell Service Station <br /> located at 2575 Country Club, Stockton California, This CAP has been prepared in response to <br /> the request made by San Joaquin County Public Health Services' (SJCPHS) August 27, 1997 <br /> letter This CAP includes the results of recent site investigative activities performed under <br /> Enviros, Inc (Enviros) September 9, 1997 "Revised Site Assessment Work Plan" and Enviros' <br /> October 8, 1997 letter The recent site investigative activities include a Cone Penetrometer <br /> Testing (CPT) survey, aquifer testing in two on-site wells, installation of three shallow ground <br /> water monitoring wells, and installation of three deep ground water monitoring wells This <br /> report also documents quarterly ground water monitoring and sampling for the fourth quarter of <br /> 1997 <br /> CAMBRIA SITE BACKGROUND <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC <br /> The subject site is located on the northeastern corner of the intersection of Country Club <br /> 27OPERKINSSTREET, Boulevard and Plymouth Road in Stockton, California The site is an operating service station <br /> PO Box 259 with a site layout which includes a service station building, an underground fuel storage tank <br /> (UST) complex located in the southwestern corner of the site, four dispenser islands, and a waste <br /> SONOMA, oil tank The location of the former UST complex is in the southeastern portion of the site <br /> CA 95476 <br /> on 935-48 <br /> FAX (707J 935-6649 <br />
