Soil samples were collected from MW-13 at the depths of 10, 30, 50, 55, 60, 70, and 80 fbg The <br /> soil sample from 10 fbg did not contain detectable levels of TPPH, and contained 0 029 ppm <br /> benzene, and 1 7 ppm MTBE TPPH, BTEX, and MTBE were not detected in any of the other <br /> sample intervals from this boring <br /> Soil samples were collected from MW-14 at the depths of 5, 10, 15, 28, 44, 56 5, 66 5, and 71 5 fbg <br /> TPPH , BTEX, and MTBE were not detected in any of the soil samples from this boring <br /> Ground Water Chemical Analytical Data Ground water samples were collected from the newly <br /> installed Well MW-14 on December 23, 1997 and Wells MW-12, and MW-13, on December 24, <br /> 1997 The ground water chemical analytical data are presented 1n Table 3 and shown on Plate 3 A <br /> summary of the ground water chemical analytical findings are presented below <br /> Ground water samples collected from MW-12 did not contain detectable levels of TPPH, BTEX, and <br /> MTBE Oxygenate compounds were not detected in the ground water samples from MW-12 with the <br /> exception of ethanol occurring at a concentration of 38,000 ppb <br /> Ground water samples collected from MW-13 did not contain detectable levels of TPPH, benzene, <br /> and MTBE Xylenes were detected at a concentration of 2 6 ppb Oxygenate compounds were not <br /> detected in the ground water samples from this well <br /> Ground water samples collected from MW-14 did not contain detectable levels of TPPH, benzene, <br /> and MTBE Xylenes were detected at a concentration of 0 63 ppb Oxygenate compounds were not <br /> i <br /> detected in the ground water samples from this well <br /> I <br /> DOMESTIC WELL AND CALTRANS WELL SAMPLING <br /> At the request of SJCPHS well head modifications were made to the domestic wells located at 2452 <br /> Country Club Boulevard, 2454 Country Club Boulevard, 2468 Country Club Boulevard, and 2472 <br /> Country Club Boulevard The modifications were performed by Gregg Drilling and Cambria on <br /> December 22, 1997 and included adding copper tubing to the sample ports on the domestic wells at <br /> 2452 Country Club Boulevard, 2454 Country Club Boulevard, and 2468 Country Club Boulevard <br /> Additional work was performed on the domestic well located at 2452 Country Club Boulevard to <br /> make access through the chlorination plug which had been broken and sealed with silicone The <br /> silicone was removed and the broken plastic plug was also removed A new galvanized steel threaded <br /> plug was installed in its place to seal the well head and allow future access for sampling and water level <br /> measurements <br />• <br /> 240-0783 15 <br />
