The following documents are the minimum required: <br /> - three (3) original submittals of the Corrective Action Plan (workplan) <br /> - a one page, non-technical Executive Summary in triplicate <br /> - exact location for disposition of all soils and water removed during this phase <br /> - drawings showing all excavation dimensions (width, length and depth) and sampling <br /> locations <br /> - total amount of soils and water estimated to be removed <br /> - a schedule of dates field activities will occur and this phase is expected to be <br /> completed. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
