Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna <br /> Attached is a Property Transfer Environmental Investigation for the above <br /> referenced location. Exxon plans to sell this property in the near future and <br /> therefore conducted the investigation. <br /> The investigation consisted of drilling 3 borings, installing 3 monitoring <br /> wells , and collecting soil and groundwater samples. Groundwater was reached at <br /> approximately 17 ' below grade. The apparent groundwater gradient is toward the <br /> northeast. As discussed in the report, soil samples analyzed for BTEX and TPH <br /> were non-detect. Laboratory groundwater sampling data indicated BTEX ranged <br /> from below detection limits ; with 240 ppb benzene in MW-3. TPH was below <br /> detection limits in MW1 and MW2; MW3 was 630 ppm. <br />
