San Joaquin, Stockton <br /> Referenced Premise: 2705 Country Club, Stockton <br /> Complaint: White fiberglass wash basin located inside repair <br /> bay of service station appears to be draining liquid waste to <br /> ground outside (sink is not connected to sanitary sewer line) . <br /> Witnessed "green" liquid (suspect anti-freeze) being poured into <br /> sink and splashing out rear of building. <br /> Remarks: Attached is a copy of the "Notice to Abate" for anti- <br /> freeze disposal.
