If you can not help me with the <br /> following, please advise me who at Exxon I would contact to address Exxon involvement at <br /> this location. <br /> This former Exxon site, we (EHD &the SWRCB) call Case #1, at 2705 Country Club <br /> Boulevard, Stockton CA has been quietly hidden in the background since USA Petroleum- <br /> Palisade Gas was listed as a Responsible Party under a new UAR I issued back in July 2002, <br /> as Case#2. In June 2007, Tesoro was added as a RP to Case#2. As such, all of the <br /> things are changing at this site now and Case #2, USA, has applied for NFA. As I prepare to <br /> evaluate the request, I'm reminded by the SWRCB that Case #1 is still OPEN with many <br /> questions I can't answer, but must be. <br /> My department has decided we would like to CLOSE Case #1-Exxon (issue a NFA status).
