The report,prepared by ETIC Engineering,Inc.of Pleasant Hill,California, <br /> details the results of the May 2003 sampling event. <br /> At ExxonMobil's request, Bingham MCCutchen, LLP of Los Angeles, California commented on the petition <br /> filed on Manch 25,2003 by USA Petroleum,Inc./Palisades Gas and Wash,Inc. with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board(SWRCB), which challenged SJCEHD's designation of Palisades as a responsible party for the <br /> above referenced site. Currently,the SWRCB is reviewing the case history and comments from all parties to <br /> determine if Palisades is a responsible party.
