In correspondence from Mr. James Barton of <br /> the CVRWQCB dated May 14, 2007, WDR is not needed for this site. Therefore <br /> the EHD approves the IRAP as adequate and necessary. [H&S 25296.10(c)(3)]. <br /> Please submit a complete corrective action plan that describes the number, <br /> locations and specifications for all of the injection wells, plumbing/piping layout, <br /> and oxygen supply unit/equipment needed to enact the IRAP. The EHD will <br /> review the plan and advise you of our comments. <br /> Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this process.
