Groundwater samples will be analyzed for TPHg, BTEX, and fuel oxygenates.
Waste Disposal
Soil cuttings and rinsate water generated during drilling operations will be temporarily
stored onsite in properly labeled Department of Transportation (DOT) approved 55-gallon
drums pending characterization and disposal. The soil and rinsate water will be removed
by SECOR's disposal contractor to an appropriate disposal facility. The drums will be
temporarily stored onsite for approximately 2-3 weeks.
REPORTING AND SCHEDULE
SECOR will prepare a report summarizing the fieldwork completed and data collected that
will include:
• Details of field procedures and operations;
• Boring and well completion logs;
• Soil and groundwater analytical data;
• Updated map showing the location of borings and wells;
• Cross sections showing soil stratigraphy and areas of contamination; and
• Isoconcentration maps of specific contaminants, e.g., TBA.
SECOR will begin permitting the wells and soil borings upon the SJCEHD approval of this
work plan. Scheduling of well installation and soil boring advancement will depend on
access agreement procurement from the offsite property owners.
File:7-11/14117 WP for additional assessment(July 04).doc SECOR International Incorporated
