He has this number posted in his shop. He does not use 1349699-01. Firestone Tire (5545 Pacific Ave, Stockton) is hauling 10 or fewer waste tires from the Shell station to 5545 Pacific. They are leaving receipts, available for review, at the Shell station. I told the Shell owner that Firestone can haul up to 9 waste tires, not 10. If the Shell station continues to keep receipts from Firestone and releases 9 or fewer tires per load, I believe they are in compliance. Ben Holt& 15 Shell showed up I gave them a call to find out what number they were using out of the two. It appears that Firestone in Stockton is picking their tires up with out manifesting. The phone number for the Firestone store is 209-478-8405. Would you please have a LEA check it out and let me know which TPID to keep. 5/18/2005
