MW caps should be plumbed to <br /> allow LEL/02 measurement at the cap(take measurement without removing the slip cap). <br /> 6) Open oxygen canister regulator to release approx.150 cubic feet of oxygen into each injection well. <br /> Rate of injection can vary between 2-5 cfm. Injection pressure should be approximately 30 PSI or less. <br /> 7) During injection,measure LEL/02 levels in area surrounding the well head and at oxygen cylinders. <br /> Oxygen levels should be below 23.5%. See HASP for details. <br /> Measure LEU02 levels in any monitoring well near the well(s)receiving injection. <br /> If 02 is less than 20%or LEL more than 0%,leave sampling port open until 02 increases and LEL drops to 0%. <br /> Once during each injection,measure induced vacuum in nearby MW's with a Magnahelic. <br /> 8) Upon completion of injection,collect DO readings from all wells listed on observation sheet. <br /> Calibrate DO meter before and after injection and document in field notes <br /> 9) Call Colin Ryan before you leave the site. <br /> Call upon completion of work and when field notes are completed but BEFORE leaving site <br /> 10) Fill Out 7-Eleven Equipment Billing Sheet for all equipment used on the job and attach with field notes. <br /> 11) Turn in field notes ASAP <br /> 12) Bili labor time to 211501013.220.1000(max.5 hours onsite labor) <br /> Bill travel time to 211501013.220.1000 <br /> EQUIPMENT NEEDED: <br /> Site Health&Safety Plan <br /> D.O.Meter;LEL/02 meter <br /> 02 canisters,hosing,diffusers,regulators,speed bumps,NO SMOKING SIGNS <br /> 1/2",9/16',and 15/16"sockets,and other misc.tools <br /> Traffic control pylons,cones,etc. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> Direct questions to Project Manager(Damon Brown),(916)861-0400-office <br /> PROJECT MANAGER, AUTHORIZATION <br />
