In the
report, SECOR indicated that there did not appear to be cause for concern in regards to detrimental groundwater
impacts at the site as a result of oxygen injection activities.
To date, 7-11/SECOR has not received acceptance/concurrence by the CRWQCB of the findings in the report. In
order to move forward with any future directives from San Joaquin County regarding oxygen injection as a
remedial approach at the site (i.e. installation of additional injection.wells), 7-11/SECOR requests your
acceptance/concurrence of the May 2006 feasibility test report.
In order to move forward, would you please issue either a letter or e-mail.:indicating your review and
acceptance/concurrence of the report?
If you have any questions and/or comments, please feel free to contact me at the numbers below at any time or
by responding to this email.
Thank You,,
Damon Brown
Project Geologist-PM
SECOR International, Inc.
3017 Kilgore Road, Suite 100
Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Direct:916-384-0718
Cell:916-826-7052
fibro. .secor.com .
I
5/16/2007
