I have reviewed the submitted reports and believe we can proceed with the case closure. <br /> Angelica Marin will issue a letter stating this and directing submittal of a well destruction plan, initiation of the <br /> public participation or notice period, and notification of water purveyors and building department as required by <br /> the Low-threat Closure Policy. We have been having the consultants do the notifications after we approve the <br /> notice.
