2 <br />- Familiarity with the emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release <br />or threatened release of a hazardous material; (Emergency Response/Contingency Plan <br />familiarization). <br />- Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel <br />and to the unified program agency; (spill reporting). <br />- Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any <br />potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment; (spill response). <br />- Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site; <br />(evacuation training). <br /> <br />• Employee Training Plan – A complete Employee Training Plan has not been submitted. <br /> <br />- A training plan must address training for all new employees and annual training, <br />including refresher courses, for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a <br />release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to: <br /> <br /> Familiarity with the emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a <br />release or threatened release of a hazardous material. <br /> Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response <br />personnel and to the unified program agency. <br /> Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any <br />potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. <br /> Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business <br />site. <br /> As an alternate to uploading a separate employee training plan; you may refer to <br />the training elements outlined in Section I of the Emergency <br />Response/Contingency Plan template provided in CERS. This is accomplished by <br />discarding the uploaded document, choosing “Provided Elsewhere in CERS”, <br />then choosing “Emergency Response and Training Plans”. <br /> <br />Be advised, the violation comply by date is July 20, 2019. As a reminder it is the policy of the <br />EHD to send a past due notice once the violation due date has passed; all time spent attempting <br />to obtain compliance may be billed at $152 an hour. <br />
