This is accomplished by <br />discarding the uploaded document, choosing “Provided Elsewhere in CERS”, <br />then choosing “Emergency Response and Training Plans”. <br /> <br />Be advised, the violation comply by date is July 20, 2019. As a reminder it is the policy of the <br />EHD to send a past due notice once the violation due date has passed; all time spent attempting <br />to obtain compliance may be billed at $152 an hour. <br />
