S E C 0 R <br /> 7-Eleven Store#14117 <br /> Work Plan for Additional Site Assessment <br /> July 27,2004 <br /> Page 6 <br /> Monitoring wells MW-9 and MW-10 will be added to the quarterly monitoring and sampling <br /> program Groundwater samples will be analyzed for TPI-19, BTEX, and fuel oxygenates <br /> Waste Disposal <br /> Soil cuttings and Ansate water generated during drilling operations will be temporarily <br /> stored onsite in properly labeled Department of Transportation (DOT) approved 55-gallon <br /> drums pending characterization and disposal The soil and rinsate water will be removed <br /> by SECOR's disposal contractor to an appropriate disposal facility The drums will be <br /> temporanly stored onsite for approximately 2-3 weeks <br /> REPORTING AND SCHEDULE <br /> SECOR will prepare a report summarizing the fieldwork completed and data collected that <br /> will include <br /> • Details of field procedures and operations, <br /> • Boring and well completion logs, <br /> . o Sod and groundwater analytical data, <br /> Updated map showing the location of borings and wells, <br /> d Cross sections showing soil stratigraphy and areas of contamination, and <br /> o Isoconcentration maps of specific contaminants, e.g , TBA <br /> SECOR will begin permitting the wells and soil borings upon the SJCEHD approval of this <br /> work plan Scheduling of well installation and soil boring advancement will depend on <br /> access agreement procurement from the offsite property owners <br /> File 7-11114117 WP for additional assessment(July 04)doc SECOR tntemadonat Incorporated <br />
