One copy of the report is being submitted <br /> to Mr. Jacobsen, and two copies are being submitted to Mr. Dawes. <br /> The Phase I Update scope of work focused on comparing existing site conditions at the location <br /> of the proposed gas station pad in the Safeway store parking lot with those previously reported <br /> in a Phase I environmental assessment report prepared for a larger site which included the gas <br /> station pad. The prior Phase I report was prepared in January 2000.
