Time In: 12:50 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:46 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: CASA FLORES Date: 09/12/2019 <br /> Address: 201 E WEBER AVE, STOCKTON 95202 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)462-2272 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00050429 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2019 WHILE DINING AT FACILITY, COMPLAINANT SAW 2 COCKROACHES CRAWLING ON THE <br /> EAST WALL OF THE LARGE DINING ROOM, NEAR THE DINNING BOOTHS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with management in regards to the complaint and they stated having no knowledge of anyone <br /> complaining of roaches on the wall. One of the managers stated that a customer approached her and told her a roach tried to <br /> enter from the outside door to inside but that was the only comment they recieved in regards to roaches for the facility. I <br /> inspected both dinning rooms,waitress station, kitchen and back storage area; observed no roaches or pests of any kind. <br /> Observed sticky traps with little to no roaches on them and managment stated that a pest control company had just serviced <br /> the facility a week prior.
