Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Building 3: <br /> The building currently has a 3 comp sink and a Type 1 hood. The facility would need the following: <br /> -hand sink with hot water that is at least 100 F <br /> -prep sink with both hot and cold water <br /> -splash guards for the handsink if there are items that are less than 24"to either side of the hand sink <br /> -a mop sink with hot water at 120 F or higher <br /> -hot water in both the men and women's restroom hand sinks <br /> -the 2 dr True cooler is at 49 F. Adjust to 41 F or below <br /> Linden Lions building: <br /> The facility will be used to serve meats that will be BBQ outside. The facility currently has a 2 comp residential style sink. The <br /> facility will need the following: <br /> -3 comp sink with hot water that is at least 120 F <br /> -hand sink with 100 F water <br /> -prep sink with hot and cold water <br /> -proper enclosure for the front window to prevent vermin from entering. <br /> -the facility currently has concrete flooring with no coving and painted wood walls. The back storage area has concrete floorinc <br /> withbare wood walls. Proper flooring, walls, coving, and ceilings would need to be installed. <br /> NOTE: employees would use the outside restroom which has hot water <br /> Each facility would need a separate permit. <br /> A temp event application would need to be submitted for any event that will involve any vendor outside of any annually <br /> permitted facility. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
