To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at(916) 657-2390. Remedial <br /> Action Completion certification occurs only after PHS/EHD has determined that no further <br /> site investigation or remedial action is required. <br /> All work and reports which require geological or engineering evaluations must be performed under <br /> the direction of an appropriately California registered or certified professional. <br /> This notice applies to all known USTs removed where contaminants have been confirmed in <br /> either soil or ground water. Please submit all available UST information to PHS/EHD regarding <br /> previous site characterizations performed for review recognizing that some previously assessed <br /> sites may be candidates for closure. Tank sites include but may not be limited to one 5000 gallon <br /> regular fuel UST removed September 2, 1986, one 550 gallon unleaded tank removed April 30, <br /> 1987, and one 5000 gallon unleaded fuel UST removed August 29, 1997.
