(Condor) at the request of <br /> the Libbey Owens Ford Co. (LOF). The purpose of the proposed work is to investigate the extent of <br /> ' diesel impacted soil and groundwater associated with the standby generator diesel supply line located <br /> at the site (Figures 1 and 2, Appendix A). The proposed work includes the placement of <br /> ' approximately ten (10) Geoprobe sampling points around the impacted area (Figure 3, Appendix A). <br /> Soil and groundwater samples will be collected for field screening, chemical analysis, and geotechnical <br /> testing. The Geoprobe sampling will be conducted by Vironex Environmenial Services of Foster City, <br /> ' California. A Condor geologist will be present to direct all sampling activities and fieldwork. <br /> ' All work will be conducted in accordance with the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (PHSIEHD), and the California Regional Water Quality <br /> ' Control Board (CRWQCB) requirements. Included in this work plan is a description of the proposed <br /> fieldwork, laboratory analyses, and reporting.
