(AGE) has prepared this Soil Investigation Work Plan <br /> for the property located at 500 East Louise Avenue, Lathrop, California (herein referred <br /> to as subject property or site). <br /> This work plan has been prepared as required by the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) to determine if previous discharges of wastewater to <br /> land application area Site C and the Lawn Areas has resulted in elevated concentrations <br /> of waste constituents that may pose a threat to water quality. The investigation is required <br /> before a request to terminate the Waste Discharge Requirement (WDR) permit can be <br /> submitted. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1; on-site structures, soil borings, <br /> well locations, and proposed soil boring locations are illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The CVRWQCB issued the facility WDR Permit 05-01-114 for discharge of wastewater <br /> and stormwater through on-site treatment. Four areas were initially designated for <br /> discharge. However, three active areas were previously utilized and currently only two <br /> locations accept stormwater and treated wastewater.
