' 30 January 2015
AGE Project No. 14-3154
• Stratigraphy beneath the site generally consists of silts and sand between
' surface grade and approximately 15 feet bsg. Fine to medium, sands were
encountered at depths between 15 feet and 20 feet bsg. Saturated soil was
encountered from borings at depths of 15 feet bsg.
' • Field readings (PID) did not detect any contaminants of concern during drilling.
A total of 36 soil samples were collected from borings AB1 through AB21 and
' submitted for petroleum laboratory analysis. Volatile organic constituents of
concern were not reported above laboratory reporting limits for any of the
' samples collected during the investigation.
Analytical results for the CAM 17 soil analysis detected concentrations consistent
with background concentrations and none of California's regulated total threshold
' limit concentrations (TTLC) were exceeded.
• A total of nine (9) groundwater samples were collected from borings ABI through
' B16 and submitted for petroleum laboratory analysis. Volatile organic
constituents of concern were not reported above laboratory reporting limits for
any of the samples collected during the investigation.
t • A total of four (4) groundwater samples were collected from borings AB1 through
B16 and submitted for the CAM 17 metals laboratory analysis. Low
concentrations of minor dissolved metals were detected.
' . Additional analytes of concern were non-detect in the soil and groundwater
samples collected from the site.
t
5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
tBased on the findings of the environmental activities recounted in this report and results
of the investigation, soil and groundwater at the site appears to be adequately assessed
' and not negatively impacted by historical site usage. Therefore, AGE does not
recommend additional environmental investigations at this time.
' 6.0. LIMITATIONS
' Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. Findings
were based upon field observations. Evaluation of the hydrogeologic conditions at the
' site for the purpose of this investigation was made from a limited number of available
data points (e.g., soil and groundwater samples) and subsurface conditions may vary
away from these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
' professional interpretations, opinions, and recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc.
1
