(AGE) <br /> has prepared this Soil Investigation Work Plan — June 2017 for the property located at <br /> 17100 Murphy Parkway — permitted with 500 East Louise Avenue, Lathrop, California <br /> (site).A location map of the site is presented in Figure 1; a site plan depicting site features, <br /> boring and well locations, and proposed soil boring locations is presented in Figure 2. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) issued the facility <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for discharge of wastewater and stormwater <br /> through on-site treatment. Three active areas were utilized and currently only two location <br /> accept stormwater and treated wastewater. Four areas of discharge were designated: <br /> Site A — 35 acres of open area no longer used; Site B — 13.5 acres not yet used for <br /> application of water; Site C — 8.5 acres used for application; and the lawn areas — 11.4 <br /> acres used for land application along the west and northern edges of the on-site storage <br /> building (see attached site plan and Map Exhibit from the WDR showing the land <br /> application areas and the monitoring wells).
