•CLOSURE CHRONOLOGY <br /> FOR <br /> ARCTIC ICE, 36 N "D" ST., STOCKTON CA 95205 <br /> October 15, 1998 .Two Underground Storage Tanks (USTs)removed under permit <br /> and EHD inspection this date. Some odor and soil discoloration observed beneath the <br /> gasoline UST. <br /> October 21, 1998 Soil sample results evidence <300 ppb Benzene and 3,310,000 ppb <br /> diesel TPH. (There was a lab reporting error that stated 3310 ppb which was found to be <br /> incorrect). <br /> November 24, 1998 Site entered LOP <br /> December 7, 1998 NOR mailed to responsible party <br /> November_24,_1998 Approved Work Plan to investigate contanation at site. <br /> December 1, 1998 Three borings constructed to 40 feet. Only Boring l had soil <br /> discoloration and odor at 15 to 17 feet. <br /> December 8, 1998 All soil samples from borings were non-detectable below 5 ppm <br /> for diesel contamination. This was the only contaminant analyzed for since BTEX and <br /> oxygenates were not detected at the time of the UST removal. <br /> Completed by Carol Oz-February 17, 1999 <br /> i <br /> H <br /> 1 <br />
