<br /> (c) Any designated government employee who knowingly and-intentionally-fails "to disclose
<br /> information required to the disclosed under -vubdivision,(b) shall,,upon conviction., be punished
<br /> ` by imprisonment in the county jail for not amore than one year or by imprisoninen't'in state prison
<br /> for riot more than three years._The court taay also impose upon the person a fine of not tress than
<br /> five thousand dollars (55,000) or"�riore thia rwenry-five thousand dollazs ($25,000). The felony
<br /> conviction`for violation of this sedan shall requite forfeiture of govermnent'employment within
