As far as the name change,
I'm okay with that. Please let me know when you update it on the WTMS. I left the business name as Teichert
Aggregates-Vernalis but added a DBA for Teichert Mobile Equipment. I changed your inspection report to
reflect an Active Operational Status.
2) TPID 1513596-David Price, Inc.-The reason no A/C was given was that in previous inspections, the facility was
never asked if they had one. So I made
a judgment call to leave it as comment. They were told that if they did not have the certificate for the next
routine inspection, an A/C or violation would
be issued. I recommend that you give an A/C for not posting an certificate because the next inspector may not
read through the comments before conducting the facility's next routine inspection.
3) TPID 1680307-Tes Auto-We have started completing Hauler Observation Reports on situations such as these.
4) TPID 1505904-Central Valley Lift-Same reason as for#2.
5) TPID 1662972- Boise Cascade- I will do as you request.
6) TPID 1354473-California Youth Authority-Same reason as for#2.
7) TPID 1007729-W.C. Maloney, Inc.-This facility was doing everything right except for manifesting pickups at job
sites back to their facility. They were
manifesting the disposal of tires. So again I made a judgment call to leave it as a comment for this year. But, as
in the cases with missing certificates, they were told that if the issue continued for the next routine inspection,
an A/C or violation would be issued. I recommend that you give an A/C to any hauler who fails to manifest the
first time it is discovered. The next routine inspection would then be an NOV with a possible follow up from
CalRecycle's if the hauler is found to be in noncompliance during the reinspection. This may seem heavy handed
1
