(Stantec), on behalf of 7-Eleven, <br /> Inc., is submitting this quarterly status update for the 7-Eleven Store #20632 located at 4627 Da <br /> Vinci Drive in Stockton, California. <br /> In an email dated May 10, 2013, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD) directed the termination of semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling. In a <br /> letter dated June 4, 2013, the SJCEHD submitted the case closure summary to.the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB). On June 10, 2013,the CRWQCB concurred <br /> with the SJCEHD's closure recommendation. <br /> On June 19, 2013, Stantec submitted a Work Plan for Well Destruction, which included a <br /> certified list of record fee title owners and a copy of the pending closure notification letter sent to <br /> the current property owner. On June 24, 2013, the.SJCEHD approved the work plan. <br /> Stantec is currently in the process of obtaining the necessary permits from the SJCEHD for the <br /> destruction of the seven groundwater monitoring wells and two dual-nested remediation wells. <br /> At 7-Eleven's request, Stantec will schedule the well destructions for early September, in order <br /> to minimize summer disruptions to the 7-Eleven store. <br /> I <br />
