To obtain the necessary permits from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) and all other appropriate agencies prior to beginning work. <br /> 2. To destroy 7 monitoring wells and 2 dual nested remediation wells by over-boring. <br /> 3. Well will be over-bored to total depth using hollow stem augers, all contents removed, <br /> and then plugged from the bottom to the surface with neat cement. <br /> 4. All well surface locations will be completed with like material (i.e. concrete, asphalt, soil). <br /> 5. All affected material and waste will be handled appropriately. <br /> 6. After completion of the work and removal of the waste, a destruction report with waste <br /> receipts will be provided to the EHD, the CVRWQCB, and uploaded to GeoTracker. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1.
