Please note that <br /> Amazon considers the documents, information and photographs attached to this response to be, and to <br /> contain,trade secrets and/or confidential, sensitive or proprietary information. <br /> Per your request on June 27, 2019, Amazon is providing the following information in connection with <br /> your onsite inspection of SMF3 located at 3923 South B. Street in Stockton, California, 95206 (the <br /> "Facility"), each of which is attached: <br /> 1. Alleged Violation: HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials <br /> inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> a. Response: Per the Notice, the Facility has updated the hazardous materials inventory on <br /> the CERS website, including the necessary changes from "pounds" to "gallons" and <br /> other volumetric measurements. We have attached the new inventory(Attachment A) <br /> to this letter.The Facility has added a monthly compliance calendar item to review <br /> records monthly to ensure continued compliance with both form and content of <br /> records. <br /> 2. Alleged Violation: HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required <br /> content. <br /> a. Response: On July 7, 2019,the Facility updated its site map and uploaded it to the CERS <br /> website (see Attachment B). The Facility has added a monthly compliance calendar item <br /> to review records monthly to ensure continued compliance. <br /> 3. Alleged Violation: HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher <br /> training to appropriate personnel. <br /> a. Response: Certain personnel can access the training records and have been reminded of <br /> this procedure for an inspector request. For your reference, attached to this letter is the <br /> current training report(Attachment C). <br /> 4. Alleged Violation: HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or <br /> EHSpersonnel. <br /> a. Response:The Facility has placed a copy of the Emergency Response Plan, Contingency <br /> Plan and Chemical Inventory at the waste cage for review during an inspection.The <br />
