Qj 3 <br /> S E C O R <br /> 7-Eleven Store Number 20632 <br /> • Fuel Line Upgrade Soil Sampling Report <br /> December 15, 2003 <br /> Page 3 <br /> RESULTS <br /> Soil Sample Analytical Results <br /> Soil sample, D1-211', was collected under the southern dispenser This soil sample contained <br /> 0 0092 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) benzene, 0 052 mg/kg ethylbenzene, 0 077 mg/kg total <br /> xylenes, 4 3 mg/kg TPHg, 0 15 mg/kg MtBE and 0 10 mg/kg TBA The product line trench soil <br /> sample, L1-3 0', contained 0 019 mg/kg benzene, 0 060 mg/kg ethylbenzene, 0 33 mg/kg total <br /> xylenes, 4 7 mg/kg TPHg, 0 60 mg/kg MtBE and 0 24 mg/kg TBA In the two soil samples collected, <br /> total lead concentrations ranged from 7 12 mg/kg to 7 73 mg/kg Copies of the analytical reports and <br /> chain-of-custody documentation are included in Attachment B <br /> SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> Low concentrations of benzene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes, TPHg, MtBE, TBA and total lead were <br /> detected at concentrations above laboratory reporting limits in soil samples collected from the <br /> product line trench and beneath the southern dispenser Toluene, DIPE, ETBE, and TAME were not <br /> detected above laboratory reporting limits in either soil sample collected <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of 7-Eleven, Inc , their agents, and other <br /> authorized parties as it pertains to 7-Eleven store No 20632 located at 4627 Da Vinci Drive in <br /> Stockton, California The findings and conclusions documented in this report have been prepared for <br /> specific application to this project They have been developed in a manner consistent with the level <br /> of care and skill normally exercised by members of the environmental science profession currently <br /> practicing under similar conditions in the area No warranty, expressed or Implied, is made <br /> The potential for the presence of unknown, unidentified, or unforeseen subsurface contamination <br /> always remains Further evidence to determine such potential site contamination would require <br /> additional subsurface exploration and testing <br /> File 7-Eleven/Store 20632/Reports/20632 Fuel Line Upgrade Report doe SECOR International Incorporated <br />
