Known Local, State or Federal Involvement: <br /> The site was discovered during the road extension project and was reported to <br /> PHS/EHD. There is no other known state or federal involvement. <br /> Written Agreement: <br /> PHS/EHD will be authorized by the provisions of SB1248 to enter into a written <br /> agreement with the responsible party within 10 days of your receipt of this <br /> notification.
