kT ew
analyzed for TPHd and TPHg using13P4 Method 8015 modified, BTEX using EPA Method
8020, and MTBE using EPA Method K20'aW d
Report Preparation
Upon completion of all field activities, a summary report will be prepared for submittal to San
Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department. The report will
include a description of all field activities, laboratory analytical results, boring logs, and
recommendations.
All work described in this workplan will be performed under the direction of a California
Registered Professional Engineer. A completed Site Safety Plan (SSP) is contained in Attachment
1 and a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Plan is contained in Attachment 2. All field work will
be completed in accordance with these plans.
Proiected Schedule
Once approval of this workplan has been received, ATC will schedule drilling activities
immediately. Because the presence of impacted soil and groundwater is delaying construction
activity at the site, ATC would like to complete investigation and remediation activities as soon as
possible. It is anticipated the drilling will be completed in one day and drilling. ATC will notify
PHS/EHD prior to beginning any field activities. The summary report will be submitted to
PHS/EHD approximately four to five weeks after the completion of field activities.
If you have any questions or require additional information regarding this workplan, please
contact us at (209) 579-2221.
Respectfully Submitted, QFES$/
ATC Associates Inc.
