Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations. <br /> 1.) AIC 14 CCR§ 18462 -Receipts and logs of waste tire disposal were not on site and available for review. <br /> a.) If waste or used tires are removed from a generators location in a manner not requiring manifesting, the <br /> generator shall document the removal method, number of tires removed, and person employed to remove the <br /> waste or use tires from the generator location. The generator shall document the removal by obtaining bill of <br /> ladings or receipts and keep a daily logs of waste tires disposed on site for 3 years. <br /> b.) When disposing waste tires, keep a log of waste tires disposed and obtain a receipt. The logs and receipts <br /> must be kept on site for 3 years. <br /> 2.)A/C 14 CCR§18459.1-TPID certificate was not on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> a.)TPID certificate shall be on site and be posted in a conspicuous place. <br /> b.)Contact Cal-Recycle at(866)896-0600 and request a duplicate TPID certificate. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Scooter Brown (Plant Superintendent). <br /> 2.) Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 3.) Waste Tire Receipt & Removal Recordkeeping Sheet was given to the facility. Facility was advise that when <br /> using an unregistered waste tire hauler to haul 9 or less waste tires, the facility must keep a waste tire log and <br /> obtain receipts from the disposal facility. <br /> 4.) No activity observed on WTMS. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to Scooter.Brown@gcinc.com. <br /> C�9 <br />
