Sample ST-3D was analyzed for the following <br /> • TPHd <br /> • BTEX <br /> • PCBs <br /> • Total lead <br /> Sample ST-3D was reported to contain 3,000 mg/kg of TPHd, 0 1 mg/kg of total xylenes <br /> and 0 110 mg/kg PCBs (as Arochlor 1254) Benzene, toluene,ethylbenzene and total lead <br /> were reportedly not detected <br /> 2 Based upon the concentration of TPHd reported in sample ST-313, additional soil was <br /> removed from this area No discoloration of the soil was observed following the additional <br /> soil removal Sample 8A was then collected from the area of additional soil removal and <br /> analyzed for TPHd Sample 8A was reported to contain 16 mg/kg of TPHd <br /> 3.3 FORMER REMOTE FILL LINE <br /> 1 Approximately 2 feet of soil containing elevated levels of petroleum hydrocarbons were initially <br /> excavated from below the former remote fill line prior to collection of sample RF, which was <br /> reported to contain 3,500 mg/kg of TPHd An additional 1 foot of soil was removed to a <br /> total depth of approximately 3 feet below the former remote fill line, and sample RF-B was <br /> collected Sample RF-B was reported to contain 120 mg/kg of TPHd Subsequently, an <br /> additional 1 foot of soil was removed and sample RF-C was collected Sample RF-C was <br /> reported to contain 64 mg/kg of TPHd <br /> 2 Two additional feet of soil was removed from the excavated area, and sample RF-RT was <br /> collected from a depth of approximately 6 to 7 feet below grade TPHd was reportedly not <br /> detected in sample RF-RT An additional 1 foot of soil was removed from beneath the <br /> former remote fill line prior to receiving the laboratory results for sample RF-RT, and <br /> sample RF-R+1 was collected Sample RF-R+1 was reported to contain 3 6 mg/kg TPHd <br /> 3.4 INSPECTION PIT AREA <br /> 1 Discolored soil was observed in this area during removal of the associated tracks The area <br /> was excavated to a total depth of approximately 6 feet below grade, until discolored soil <br /> was no longer observed Samples 5A, 5B, 5C, and 5D were collected from the northwest, <br /> 7 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS <br />
