PUBLIC(, HEALTH SERVICES op4IN
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY = 2
JOGI KHANNA MD,M.P.H
Health Officer
P.O. This may explain why your company
has no record on file of purchasing an ethylene glycol product.
The recent May sampling event indicates a rise in the water table although gradient appears
to be constant. Sampling of the monitoring wells was limited to total and hexavalent
chromium. Sampling of the constituents exceeding secondary water quality standards was
not performed during this event. It will be necessary to perform a comprehensive sampling
of the monitoring wells and the City of Stockton Municipal Wells #WP-1, #WP-2 and #WP-
3 at least once within a 12 month period. The modified sampling plan is acceptable for 3
of 4 quarters within the 12 month period.
A Division of b Joaquin County Health Care semccs \
