J <br /> Pilot Study Workplan November 7, 2014 <br /> Project#54.62583.0001 Page 11 <br /> 7.0 REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the pilot test activities, a report will be prepared describing the pilot test field procedures, <br /> field and laboratory analytical results. The report will be prepared in general accordance with RWQCB <br /> reporting guidelines. <br /> All work described in this work plan will be performed under the direction of a California Registered <br /> Professional Engineer or California Professional Geologist and will be performed in accordance with Cardno <br /> ATC's Site Specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP). <br /> 8.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Upon approval of this work plan Cardno ATC will obtain permits form SJCEHD and confirm a schedule for <br /> drilling activities. Cardno ATC will notify the RWQCB at least 48 hours prior to beginning any field activities. <br /> Drilling activities are anticipated to be completed in two days. The pilot test report will be submitted to RWQCB <br /> approximately four to five weeks after the completion of field activities. <br /> 9.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of Diamond Foods Inc. and its representatives as it <br /> pertains to the property located at 1050 South Diamond Street, Stockton, California. The evaluation of <br /> subsurface conditions and historical data at the site for the purpose of this pilot study workplan is inherently <br /> limited due to the number of points of investigation. There are no representations, warranties, or guarantees <br /> that the results are representative of the entire site. Data from this report reflects the conditions at locations at <br /> a specified time. No other interpretation, representations, warranties, guarantees, express or implied, are <br /> included or intended in the report findings. Cardno ATC makes no warranties or guarantees for exploratory <br /> borings or data provided or reported by other consultants or contractors. <br />
