SAN 10 A Q U I N Environmental Health Department
C.-)U 'J 1 `;
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 3/1/2015 to
6/21/2034 for COHKPPOPL located at
11225 E HWY 26
Activity Date Recorded by
06/28/2019 6-9 PM. Received call from Kasey Foley,Assistant Director, SJCEHD, reporting PE 4200 BACKUS
180 min possible surfacing sewage from the septic system at this address. I responded to SC 974
the address and found the Cherryland Mobile Home Park. I spoke with the
Resident Manager Veronica Torres, and discussed the sewage
problem. A 50 x 5 foot wet stain was observed over the septic tanks located in the
visitor parking area. The wet area had a septic odor. Dry white powder in this area
also suggested that the septic tanks have overflowed on prior dates. Veronica
described the two other septic tanks on the property at spot 4 and spot 42.
Surfacing sewage was only observed at the visitor parking area. Veronica said
that the septic tanks are pumped every 5 days by AAA septic service. She also
mentioned that residents use washing machines that generate a lot of water but
that washing machines are prohibited by the mobile home park management. I
told her the septage and tanks need to be cleaned up and pumped out
immediately. She said AAA is scheduled to respond to the site tomorrow at 6 am.
I issued the notice to abate, had Veronica sign it and told her to schedule the
septage cleanup immediately. I called the facility Account Executive Nikkia
Walker at 209-644-6402 but no one answered. Finished complaint record,
narrative, photo log.
07/01/2019 Mailed inspection report to property owner, forwarded complaint file to Michael PE 4200 BACKUS
18 min Kith, Program Coordinator, Liquid Waste, abated complaint.
