GEOMATRIX <br /> Analytical data collected from the site served as the basis for the health risk screening <br /> evaluation which was conducted in accordance with the PEA Guidance Manual. The screening <br /> evaluation, which was based on conservative assumptions in the PEA, indicates that residual <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon constituents in soil and groundwater do not pose an unacceptable <br /> human health or ecological risk.
