' A 'Preliminary Report should be <br /> submitted to San Joaquin County; Public Health Services,;y <br /> Environmental"Health Division, by May 11," 1990. This report must <br /> be accompanied by a Letter of Acknowledgment from the responsible <br /> party(ies) (example enclosed) . <br /> Include in all proposals and reports a site specific Health ''and <br /> Safety Plan describing personal protection for all field <br /> personnel (see 29 CFR 1910. 120 of OSHA regulations) . <br /> This protection should include the use of personal <br /> protective equipment such as coveralls, gloves, steel toe <br /> and shank shoes or boots (leather or� chemical resistant <br /> material) safety glasses, and hard hats.
