Durham Ferry Road <br /> Tracy, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has recently reviewed the analytical results of <br /> the soil sample taken from beneath the underground storage tanks <br /> that were removed from the above referenced site on January 24, <br /> 1990 and April 5, 1990. <br /> Contaminated soil exists in the former locations of the regular <br /> gasoline tank, the unleaded gasoline tank, and the kerosene tank. <br /> PHS/EHD is notifying you that an "Underground Storage Tank <br /> Unauthorized Release (Leak) /Contaminated Site Report" has been <br /> filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> The extent of the soil contamination must be investigated and <br /> remediated and a groundwater investigation must be conducted. <br /> PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California Water <br /> Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the <br /> investigation of leaking underground storage tanks. <br /> If you have any questions or need further information contact <br /> Margaret Lagorio, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3449 . <br /> Jogi Khanna, M.D. , M.P.H. <br /> Health Officer <br /> �- <br /> Donna Heran, REHS, Program Manager <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> DH/ml <br /> A DivWon of San loa9uin Co=ry Health Care Scmccs 10 <br />
