The Air District typically
takes 30 to 60-days to approve the application. However, it may take longer because of the
proximity of the New Jerusalem Elementary School at the corner of Durham Ferry Road
' and Koster Road.
It is expected that fieldwork would commence no later than 30 days after issuance of the
Authority to Construct. Monthly VETS monitoring reports will be submitted to
SJVUAPCD, SJC PHS/EHD and CRWQCB. Quarterly groundwater monitoring reports
will be submitted to both SIC PHS/EHD and CRWQCB. At the end of one year of
operation, a summary report will be prepared and submitted to SIC PHS/EHD and
' CRWQCB. This report will contain a full discussion of all remedial activities performed at
the site over the previous year, calculations of mass of contaminant removed and
recommendations for further remedial activities.
' Task Description Completion Data
• Submit Work Plan to San Joaquin County Feb 8, 2002
' • Receive approval of Work Plan from San Joaquin County March 8, 2002
• Submit Cost Pre-Approval to USTCFP March 29,2002
• Receive approval of Costs for VETS from USTCFP April 30, 2002
• Submit AtoC application to SJVUAPCD May 2002
' • Receive approval from SJVUAPCD July 2002
Installation and startup of VETS Aug 2002
' • 12 month operation,maintenance and monitoring of VETS Aug., `02 - July, `03
