' 9. Cross sections Cross sections are included as Figures 3, 3a, 4 and 4a. The base map illustrating the cross ' sections' locations is included as Figure 2. Site lithology is indicated in Figures 3 and 4. Figures 3a and 4a contain contaminant distributions and location of contaminant zones. ' Attached is a summary data table (Tables 4 & 5) of all groundwater level measurements and groundwater gradients. ' 10. Groundwater concentration maps Isoconcentration maps for TPH-G and benzene are included as Figures 5 & 6. ' 11. Site map The proposed excavation is illustrated in Figure 7. The location of the fiber optic line trench ' is included. 13. Contingency Plan ' The following procedure will be utilized if contamination is detected in a domestic well: • A re-sample of the impacted well(s) will occur to confirm the laboratory data. • The SJC PHS/EHD, CRWQCB, and USTCFP will immediately be notified. • The property owners/residents will be notified. • Bottled drinking water will be provided to residents if requested. • If the sample results are confirmed for an impact to the well(s), a public meeting will be scheduled to notify affected parties of the status of the site.
