<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed
<br /> Work Plan Soil Vapor Extraction and Air Sparging Pilot Test (Work Plan), dated 24 October
<br /> 2014, prepared and submitted by your consulting firm, Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (Ground
<br /> Zero) on your behalf for the above-referenced site. The EHD has also received and reviewed
<br /> an email from Ground Zero, dated 18 November 2014, in which the current quarterly
<br /> groundwater monitoring and sampling schedule presented in the Work Plan has been revised to
<br /> the following:
<br /> First and Third Quarters
<br /> • Quarterly performance monitoring: MW-1, MW-2, MW-7, MW-101, OW-1 and OW-2
<br /> • Groundwater analysis and depth-to-water measurements: MW-1, MW-2, OW-1 and
<br /> OW-2 [total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg); benzene, toluene,
<br /> ethylbenzene and total xylenes (BTEX); methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), and
