Based on my review of the RR pkg, it seems that RR pkg covers work performed from July <br /> 2011 thru March 2012. <br /> 2. Couple of invoices for July and Aug 2011 includes costs associated with advertising and bid <br /> pkg prep. Just wanted to see if you can e-mail me pdf copy of ad. I am assuming that it <br /> has to do with the RAP Implementation. <br /> 3. Can you e-mail me copy of GWM reduction letter? Invoice 8824 includes cost associated <br /> with preparation of this document or letter. <br /> 4. Invoice 8866 includes costs for correspondence(s)with county dated 8/29 and 8/31. Not <br /> sure about the actual format of the correspondence but can we get a copy of that? <br /> 5. Invoice 8866 includes amount charged by American Valley. They indicated that there <br /> were no drums at the site (waste disposal). They charged $55 for travel time. Just curious <br /> —why they were not informed that there were no waste drums at the site? <br /> 6. Based on the information, County had issued a letter regarding GWM frequency in July <br /> 2009. Based on that no GWM has been conducted during Q1 and Q3 for each year. <br /> Approx$370 is charged to prepare generic 2 page letter to indicate that no GWM was <br /> conducted.This$370, includes''/:hr time charged by principal engineer to review the <br /> 11/26/2012 <br />
