The California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter <br /> 16, Article 5, Section 2652 (d) states "Until investigation and cleanup are <br /> complete, the owner or operator shall submit reports to the local agency or <br /> Regional Water Quality Board, whichever agency is overseeing the cleanup, every <br /> three months or more frequently as specified by the agency."
